Fat Lips

Fat Lips were playing at the Reivers Sports Bar in Gala on Friday 27th September 2014, they are a fantastic Borders Rock band, playing all the covers we know and love and not afraid to tackle some of the more complex guitar tunes, Ben Macintosh on guitar is absolutely amazing! he makes it look so easy when in fact he's playing some of the most complicated music around, a fantastic guitar player without question, as is Colin Mafarlane, Neil Macloed (aka Cowboy) on vocals is every bit the Rock God with such a powerful voice and so much energy on stage that you can't help getting involved, it's the hair that does it for me, you can't really headbang without it now can you..

With Mike Forbes on Drums and Colin Mcfarlane also on keyboard they are indeed a fource to be reckoned with..here's a link to their facebook page so you can follow what they're up to...CLICK

I've always wanted to take some video of these guys playing, but my poor wee camera can't cope with all that energy, someday though...I live in hope, if they are playing anywhere near you make sure you get along to see them for yourself, I guarantee you won't be disappointed... Highly Recommended!
